1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, logging in, submitting KYC, using API services, checking verification status, adding wallet balance or accessing any KD API Store service, you agree to follow these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use KD API Store services.

2. KYC & Verification Purpose

KD API Store may provide digital verification and record-checking services for identity, KYC, business onboarding, account verification, document validation, service activation, customer due diligence and lawful verification requirements.

To verify user identity before service access.
To allow approved users to access API-based verification services.
To prevent misuse, fraud, fake accounts and unauthorized access.
To maintain transaction, wallet and service usage records.
To support lawful digital verification where user consent is available.

KD API Store does not guarantee that every verification result will be final, complete or suitable for all legal purposes. Final decision should be made by the relevant organization, authority, business or verification requester as per applicable law.

3. Documents & Services Covered

Depending on service availability, provider integration, account approval and applicable rules, KD API Store may support verification or record checking related to the following:

Identity & Background Checks	Customer onboarding, employment, vendor, retailer or service partner verification.	User must collect consent from the person whose data is being verified.

4. User Consent & Authorization

You confirm that any personal information, Aadhaar details, PAN details, voter details, vehicle details, RTO details, bank details or identity information submitted through KD API Store is submitted with proper consent and lawful authority.

You must not submit another person's data without permission.
You must not use KD API Store for stalking, harassment, fraud, impersonation or illegal tracking.
You must keep proof of customer/user consent wherever applicable.
You are responsible for the correctness of data entered by you.
You agree that verification results may depend on third-party provider or official record availability.

Misuse of Aadhaar, PAN, voter, vehicle, bank or personal identity data can lead to account suspension, wallet hold, service blocking, legal complaint and reporting to relevant authorities where required.

5. Aadhaar Related Terms

Aadhaar-related services, where available, must be used only for lawful identity verification, consent-based KYC, offline verification or permitted authentication-related purposes.

Aadhaar number or Aadhaar-based data must not be stored, published or shared unlawfully.
User must not force any person to provide Aadhaar where it is not legally required.
User must obtain clear consent before Aadhaar-based verification.
Masked Aadhaar, masked PAN or limited data should be preferred wherever possible.
Aadhaar data must not be used for profiling, spam, illegal tracking or unauthorized identity checks.

6. PAN Related Terms

PAN services are provided for lawful tax identity verification, business onboarding, financial compliance support, KYC checks and record validation where permitted.

PAN details must be submitted only by the holder or authorized person/business.
PAN verification results must not be used for fraud, fake loan processing or unauthorized profiling.
PAN-related information may depend on provider response, official record status or service availability.
User is responsible for verifying final records from official channels where required.

7. Voter ID Related Terms

Voter ID related verification, where available, is intended only for identity support, address or record validation and lawful verification needs.

Voter data must not be used for illegal political targeting or unauthorized campaigning.
User must not collect or process voter data without valid purpose and consent.
KD API Store does not represent Election Commission or any electoral authority.

8. Vehicle, RC, DL & RTO Related Terms

Vehicle, RC, driving license and RTO related services may be used for ownership checks, document validation, business verification, insurance support, logistics, resale checks or other lawful vehicle-related purposes.

User must not use vehicle or RTO records for stalking, harassment or illegal tracking.
Vehicle owner data, RC data or DL data must be handled securely and only for valid purpose.
Final confirmation should be checked from official RTO/Parivahan channels where legally required.
KD API Store is not an RTO office or official transport authority.

9. Bank Account & Financial Verification

Bank verification services, where enabled, may be used for beneficiary validation, account name matching, payout verification, refund checks or business onboarding.

User must not use bank verification for unauthorized debit, fraud or phishing.
Bank details must be submitted only by the account holder or authorized business representative.
KD API Store does not provide banking services, loans or financial advisory.
Bank verification response may depend on bank/network/provider availability.

10. Account, Wallet & API Access

KD API Store may provide wallet balance, transaction logs, API key, service activation, user dashboard and admin-approved service access.

API key must be kept private and must not be shared publicly.
User is responsible for all activity performed through their account or API key.
Wallet debit may happen when a billable request is accepted, processed or returned as successful as per service rule.
Fees, service charges and API availability may change without prior notice.
Refund, reversal or adjustment depends on service response, provider policy and admin review.

11. Prohibited Activities

Users must not use KD API Store for any illegal, harmful or unauthorized activity.

No identity theft, fake KYC, document forgery or impersonation.
No unauthorized Aadhaar, PAN, voter, vehicle, bank or identity search.
No resale of personal data, data scraping or mass misuse.
No use for harassment, stalking, spam, fraud, phishing or fake financial activity.
No reverse engineering, system abuse, API attack, bot abuse or unauthorized access.
No use that violates applicable Indian laws, data protection rules or government authority terms.

12. Data Protection & Storage

KD API Store may store limited user information, request logs, transaction records, KYC status, service activation records and API response references for account management, dispute handling, reporting, security and compliance purposes.

Users should avoid uploading unnecessary sensitive data.
Uploaded KYC documents should be used only for verification and approval purpose.
Access to sensitive records may be restricted to authorized admin or system process.
Data may be deleted, masked or retained as per operational, legal or compliance need.

13. Accuracy, Availability & Liability

KD API Store may depend on third-party APIs, data providers, government-record based sources, network availability and user-submitted information. Therefore, service response, accuracy, speed and availability may vary.

KD API Store does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability.
KD API Store is not responsible for wrong input submitted by user.
KD API Store is not liable for misuse of data by user or third party.
User must independently verify critical records from official sources where required.
Service may be suspended during maintenance, provider downtime or security review.

14. Suspension & Termination

KD API Store may suspend, restrict or terminate any account, API key, wallet service or service access if misuse, fraud, suspicious activity, illegal data processing or violation of these terms is found.

Suspicious API usage may be blocked immediately.
KYC may be required again for security or compliance review.
Admin may reject service activation if user purpose is unclear or risky.
Wallet settlement or refund may be reviewed before processing.

15. Changes to Terms

KD API Store may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time for service, security, legal, provider or compliance reasons. Updated terms will be effective once published on this page.
